Anti-Tilting at forklift trucks

In this application the load ratio of the two rear wheels are compared. These for the two wheel hub were customized as load pin. The individual loads of the wheels are passed to the control.

The controller can respond in two stages:

1. issuing an alarm signal (warning)
2. shut down the machine

The following points can be monitored:

1. tilting forward (Overload)
2. tilting to the side
