Loadpin in harvesting machinery

Harvesting machines such as combine harvesters or potato harvesting machines process the goods inside the machine. This process consists of steps such as conveying, sorting and separating. During this process there are various measures variables to detect and to regulate. Depending on the function there are various types of load pins suitable. The edge over conventional force sensors is the posibility of retrofitting of existing systems without changing the overall system, and the use of the load pin as a maschine element.

The loadpin as a maschine element does not require any additional mounting suspension and no additional force applieing parts, but fits as a component in the construction. This also reduces the total cost of the measurement system.
